Shipping Policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at gulfcoastdriveshaft.com.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Shipping charges for your order wil be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

• Driveshaft Shipping [$75+]
• Apparel Shipping [$4.99+]
• Local Pickup [free] (driveshaft loop pickup is not available)
• Driveshaft Loop Shipping [free]

Order Processing Time

Our driveshafts are custom made and made-to-order.

All orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be not begin processing until Monday or on the next business day. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you use a P.O. Box as your shipping address you may not receive your order.

International Orders

We currently do not ship outside of the contiguous United States. Please review our FAQs page for suggestions on how you can still order our products.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website or on your Shop Account.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.

Damages 

We ship our products with insurance to ensure they arrive safely.

Gulf Coast Driveshaft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
